Ladies finger/ Bhindi - ¼ Kg - Chopped
Potato/ Aaloo – 1 – Cut into cubes
Onion – 1 – chopped
Mustard – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt
Chopped Coriander for garnishing.
Method
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and cumin. Once they start spluttering add onion and salt. Fry it till it turns golden brown. Add in all the powders and saute for a min. Now add the potatoes and ladies finger and fry it till the stickiness of the ladies finger disappears completely. Check for seasoning. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

ü Always wash Bhindi with water and wipe it with a dry towel before chopping.
