This is one of the simplest rava fry recipes i have tried. Although you can use different spices of your choice i found this one to be easier and tastier.
Now take a kadai and heat the oil.
Ingredients
Fish (Sardine/Buthai) - 4
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Rava - 1/4 cup
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying.
Method
In a bowl add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice. Add about 2 tbsp water and mix the masala to a thick paste. Let the paste not be too runny as it will not stick to the fish. Apply this paste to the fish and marinate it for around 4 hours.

Spread the
rava on a flat plate. Roll the fishes on rava so that it coats the fishes from
all the sides. Deep fry the fish till it turns golden brown. Serve hot.
My Notes
ü The amount of salt and spices can be varied according to your taste and eating habits. This measurement works well for me and my family.
ü I have used Sardine fish here. Since Sardine is a small fish I have used the whole fish for fry. You can use slices of other fishes (like pomfret, kodai, Bhangada etc ) also and make it with the same recipe.
