Hi Friends,

Welcome to my Blog!!I am Tanya staying at Mangalore with my hubby. Well I am basically from Bangalore. I shifted here after my marriage. Everyone calls him Manzi and so I would be referring to him with the same name in my posts. Well I am a software engineer by qualification and an Hr consultant by profession. I was working in Bangalore until I shifted here. Although I loved cooking I would never have enough time to actually cook and explore the various cuisines. But now I have all the time in the world and I spend most of my time cooking and trying out recipes. As I started cooking for him I happened to get a lot of appreciation from him. He keeps telling me that he loves what I cook and would encourage me to do more. That’s when I started trying out new recipes. I would share my experience of cooking with my best friend Jai every day. And one fine day she gave me this idea of creating a blog and share my cooking experiences on it. My blog will give you a lot of home cooked Non-veg recipes. I would also be posting some easy Vegetarian and Desert recipes. All the recipes would be tried and tested by me. My mantra is to cook something tasty with minimum ingredients.

As far as the look and feel of this site is concerned the credit goes to my very good friend and colleague Mohit Shetty of GizChai to whom am very thankful.

Your comments and feedbacks are very important to me. Nothing can encourage me to keep myself going other than a positive feedback.It takes a lot of effort to cook, click and edit before I post the recipes here. Hence I request you all to give the credit where due and encourage me to do better work.
